Cardiff International Airport is the UK’s fastest growing regional airport with over two million passengers passing through there last year. It is situated approximately 12 miles south west of Cardiff in the village of Rhoose, which is just 10 miles from Junction 33 on the M4. To get to Cardiff Airport take the Junction 33 exit and follow the A4232 taking the first exit off at Culverhouse Cross, then follow the signs to the airport along the A4050 and A4226. Highland Airways operate several daily services between Anglesey and Cardiff, providing a quicker alternative to commuters travelling between North and South Wales previously relying on the A470 or rail link.
