Though it is not as dramatic as a face lift, it can help to remove fine lines and crow\’s feet around the eyes.

For some people, especially those with busy schedules, a traditional face lift is not an option. It\’s simply too time-consuming. That\’s where a this can be handy. It only takes an hour and there\’s no drawn out recovery process. All of the work is done internally without incisions so there\’s no risk of complications.

Since the procedure uses radio frequency waves, the results of a thermal face lift vary depending on the skill of the surgeon. That\’s because the surgeon can\’t see exactly what\’s going on beneath the skin so it will be all up to his or her training and timing. A friend of mine called last night and it was obvious that she was very upset. She had recently broken her wrist and told me that her team leader at work was trying to get her fired for missing work. Apparently her team leader had spoken with several other people concerned (human resources, personnel, etc…) and, for whatever reason, she had convinced them that my friend just shouldn\’t come back to work. My friend didn\’t think she was being treated fairly, and called to ask if I knew if it was legal for them to treat her that way; after all, all she wanted was to meet with the head of human resources to discuss how soon she could return to her job after breaking her wrist.

You might say that there\’s two sides to every story; but it really doesn\’t matter. All that matters is what you want and what you think about. Unfortunately for my friend, we live in a right-to-work state and anyone can be terminated at any time for any reason. But that doesn\’t matter either if you know what you want and know how to think about it.

I told my friend to forget what was going on and think about what she wanted: A meeting with the head of human resources and to go back to work. I suggested that, when she went to bed, she mentally rehearse what she would say to the head of human resources. I told her to lay down and close her eyes and think about the person she wished to speak with; then, send him her best intentions and imagine the meeting going just as she hoped it would. In other words, pray about it - pray about how she wanted the meeting to go. Ask for what you want and imagine it is real. I told her to be upbeat and positive and expect to get everything that she wants and even more - and then go into the meeting with a positive attitude and love in her heart.

The next day she did indeed get her meeting; and she called me afterwards to give me the good news. She was well received by the director of human resources and her records were adjusted to reflect that her leave time had indeed been handled properly and the people who gave her a hard time were informed that my friend was in fact entitled to what she was asking for. My friend was also told that she could come back to work the next day if she wished, and that she could immediately begin an advanced training class that she had missed due to her injury. Not only that, she was given a better job, and a better desk - with a NEW team leader. Everything she wanted - and more!

Problem one day; prayer that night; solution the next day; and a new, better reality the day after that. That\’s quick; but it can be even quicker than that. So don\’t worry about the problems you are faced with; imagine the solution, or resolution. What you think about you get. “Ask and you shall receive.”

Water assisted liposuction is one of the latest advancements in the liposuction field of plastic surgery. This technique was developed by a German company named Humanmed and is known as WAL for short. With other liposuction techniques there has been an overwhelming issue associated with the anesthesia needed for the procedure, the water assisted liposuction was created in order to compensate for these issues as well as minimize the time needed to perform the procedure.

In order to reduce the amount of bleeding during a liposuction procedure the surgeon has to use a large amount of adrenaline and anesthetic. The amount of anesthesia needed is so profound that it can make any anesthesiologists weak in the knees. The biggest problem with this is that the amount needed for any procedure is so great, but unfortunately you can not just pour it in as it has to be carefully calculated so that it foes not cause any heartbeat irregularities. For some time it was thought that the absorption of these large amounts of anesthesia were safe sine the adrenaline would absorb it, but unfortunately about 14 hours after the completion of the procedure that adrenaline wears off and the pure anesthesia is then absorbed into the body. This can not only cause heart arrhythmias, but seizures as well as a possibility of death.

When using the water assisted liposuction, a jet of water is then used to blast the fat cells out of the abdominal cavity while at the same time not affecting the soft tissue found in the same area. This blasting then in turn reduces the amount of bleeding as well as the overall recovery time of a liposuction procedure. This procedure is often painless and allows the patient to undergo the procedure without any real anesthesia and the patient may also be able to move around the table. Furthermore, vertical assessments may also be made sine there is the lack of excess fluid like in a normal liposuction procedure. This lack of excess fluid allows a surgeon to determine if he or she had missed part of the fat reserves and also increases the chance of a better outcome than by any other current liposuction procedure.

Not only can water assisted liposuction be used for a liposuction procedure but it can be used to give men their six pack abs and can even be used to get rid of excess sweat glands in the event that you have an issue of over sweating.
